Facilitate four workshops to provide guidance and training on US STEC testing requirements and HACCP responsibilities

The project proposes to deliver and repeat workshops in 4 locations (Wagga Wagga, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth) , covering STEC testing requirements for exports of grinding beef to the US, and an overview of HACCP and food safety responsibilities more generally.
