Effect of liver defects on carcase characteristics, performance and health

This project will examine the effect of liver defects on carcase characteristics, performance and health of feedlot cattle. It is expected that the impact of liver abscess and liver fluke (and any other pertinent liver conditions) will be quantified across three feedlots supplying one abattoir.
