Digital Transformation Road Map for Meat Export Reforms

The project will develop a Digital Transformation Roadmap for the export meat sector to support its modernisation, underpinned by systems that are risk-based and data-driven, enabling consistent regulatory decision-making and recognising and rewarding good performance by industry. Palladium and Greenleaf will lead an innovation sprint process with government and industry, through the Meat Modernisation Working Group, to: * develop a shared vision of how technology can support the modernisation of meat exports, * analyse the current state of data capture, analytics, bench marking and reporting, * identify the gaps in current technology investment, * identify the opportunities (and barriers) for digitalisation to deliver the regulatory and certification services for market access and enable new business model innovations.
