Development of Integrity system to connect producer to consumer

This project will work with a beef supply chain and a lamb supply chain to scope the development of an encrypted supply chain that connects the producer to the end consumer. The expected outcome of the project will be a value proposition for commercialisation of traceable beef and lamb value chains beyond identified primal packs.
