Dairy Farm Business Analysis

Dairy Farm Business Analysis introduces participants to foundation principles, key performance indicators and the analysis of a dairy farm business on the basis of cash, profit and wealth. Case studies are used to provide examples of key financial and physical data that is used and introduces participants to DairyBase and the Farm Business Snapshot. The program is offered through in-person workshops and also online where participants are involved in Zoom group sessions and access online content through Dairy Australia's Enlight learning platform.
