Chicken Meat Articles and Publications of Interest

"This 6-month project reviews newly published journal articles from the NCBI PubMed database of interest to the Chicken Meat Industry and provides regular updates to the extension officer and program manager for the Chicken Meat program. Articles of interest will be classified according to the AgriFutures Chicken Meat program objectives: 
 1. Improving food safety of Australian Chicken Meat
 2. Develop and Implement measures to improve industry's impact on environment 
 3. Improve chicken meat production through the whole supply chain 
 4. Improve ability to meet consumer needs"
