Cattle heat load toolbox 2021 to 2022

This project covers the operating costs of the Cattle Heat Load Toolbox service for April 2021 to June 2022, which includes improving daily operation of the service, including issuing alerts, plus HLDN data acquisition, quality assurance and integration into the forecasts.
