This two day course has been designed for farmers who are running larger and more complex businesses. It is designed to equip farmers to be 'investment ready' and covers strategic planning, business structure, managing your team, risk and how to be a farming entrepreneur. It builds on the introduction to strategic planning provided through OurNo change Farm, Our Plan and takes it to the next level and is an excellent program for farmers who are ready to spend more time 'on the business'.
