Block Chain Traceability for Tea Tree Oil

This project covers the Process Mapping Stage of creating an end-to-end supply chain traceability solution for the Australian tea tree oil industry leveraging blockchain technology. It will determine whether and where there is value to be created and captured along the supply chain by creating better traceability of the oil from farm into final products. The most critical data capture points and technology requirements in the tea tree oil supply chain are identified through industry consultation. Through process mapping the scope of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) as well as up to three subsequent phases of a roll out will be identified.
