Beef Modular Deboning – Module #1 – Testing Trials

The objective of this project is to develop the first module in a comprehensive series of automated beef deboning modules. Specifically, this project will demonstrate the concept of removing three main primals from the beef butt through a combination of robotic knifing and pulling.
