Automated AI / X-Ray enabled Primal/Box/Label evaluation

Development of an AI-enabled Dual Energy X-Ray image primal in carton and label verification system, leveraging on the respective use of current systems and overlaying with AI to enhance the efficacy and precision of the verification process. This system will integrate advanced algorithms to analyze X-ray images, ensuring not only carton content integrity but also accuracy of the associated labels. Using Dual Energy X-Ray imaging, the project will provide a comprehensive and detailed assessment of product composition, which will improve identification of chemical lean content, reliable detection of foreign objects, and validation of correct product labeling. This innovative solution aims to set a new standard in quality control, offering an automated approach to ensure product authenticity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
