Australian Optimal Carcass Endpoint and Sorting System

This project will produce the first version of the Australian Optimal Carcase Endpoint and Sorting System. Currently, no commercialised decision support systems exist for Australian lot feeders to enable cattle sorting and optimisation of days on feed for profit maximisation.
