AMPC Hub LMS Adoption Program

While 70% of the red meat industry supports the concept of a centralised training hub, many processing plants lack the capability, confidence, or internal resources to adopt and implement its Learning Management System (LMS) effectively. Without structured support, there is a high risk of low uptake, wasted investment, and inconsistent training outcomes. This project delivers a structured 2-year LMS Adoption Program for up to five eligible processing plants, supported by a co-funded model (50% AMPC, 50% plant). Through tailored onboarding, managed service support, and expert guidance from Hub Mentors and Canvas Coaches, each site receives practical assistance to embed The Hub LMS into their operations, train internal system owners, and build long-term capability. The project enables scalable and sustainable adoption of The Hub LMS across the red meat sector. It builds site-level capability, reduces duplication of training effort, and promotes consistent access to industry-specific learning resources. Learnings from participating plants will inform broader rollout strategies, driving long-term workforce development and digital transformation across the industry.
