AMPC Hub LMS Adoption – Online Learning Readiness Program (CMA)

Many red meat processors recognise the value of digital training but lack the tools, expertise, and internal capacity to adopt an online learning system. Barriers like limited hardware, course development skills, and uncertainty around process changes stall progress. This project provides tailored support to up to eight processing plants—five without an LMS and three with existing systems. It will assist with hardware setup, online course development, and integration of new content, while also building internal capability. By supporting practical implementation of The Hub LMS, the project will drive long-term adoption of digital training, strengthen workforce development, and future-proof learning across the sector.
