AI monitoring of sanitary dressing and foreign object detection

This project involves developing an AI-Based Hygiene (Sanitary Dress) Process Compliance Module and an AI-Based Foreign Object Detection Module for the Greenham Gippsland plant in partnership with Greenham. The AI-Based Hygiene (Sanitary Dress) Process Compliance module will monitor knife swapping and sanitization procedures, hand washing and staff presence at inspection stations, generating real-time alerts for absences longer than 5 minutes. The foreign object detection module will scan the production line for contaminants, with specific foreign objects to be determined. This dual system will enhance safety, product quality, and operational efficiency by automating both compliance monitoring and foreign object detection tasks.
