A sprayable water barrier to line irrigation channels - Scoping Study

This scoping study conducted a literature review and engaged with water board authorities, grower organisations and individual growers to identify when and where losses occur in water distribution systems from source to scheme to farm and within farm. It estimated the cost of these losses and identified potential strategies to minimise them. The focus was on the potential benefit to the cotton industry in developing and using a spray-on polymer channel liner to meet the requirements of different soils and distribution channels.
