A model for business continuity to manage the social and economic impacts of pest incursions (PBRI)

This project supports the development of a model for business continuity to manage the social and economic impacts of pest incursions. The model will provide: 1. clarity on effective messaging and support for business during an incursion; 2. clarity on stakeholder input processes to incursion response plans; 3. a prepared business plan to support business continuity during an incursion; and 4. awareness and understanding of biosecurity response activities, faster decision-making and reduced business losses during incursion management.
