VIMD Limited is a start-up enterprise in Bristol, UK, dedicated to advancing point-of-care molecular diagnostics (POCMD) for the animal health sector. Founded in 2023 by Dr Mark Bennett, a specialist veterinary pathologist with a background in veterinary practice, microbiology and academia, VIMD Limited is actively developing technologies that utilise advanced isothermal nucleic acid amplification techniques to make simple, robust, cost-effective POCMD possible.
