The Regional Advanced Manufacturing Cooperative Research Centre (RAMCRC) will build a collaborative network of sovereign manufacturing ecosystems as a platform and catalyst to drive SME innovation and translation in regional Australia.

Comprising regional businesses (85% SME) and universities, and local governments united by economic challenges, the CRC will deliver skills, knowledge, strategic capability, jobs, and export opportunities – helping our regions become more self-sufficient and prosperous.

With R&D focussed on high priority needs of regional manufacturers – circularity of materials and products, stand-alone energy solutions and state-of-the-art technologies, the CRC will create a model for business and community resilience for regions undergoing unprecedented economic and social transitions.
