Recode Ventures is an independent commercialisation, investment, advisory company.

Led by Michael Macolino, providing advisory services globally to AgriFood tech companies with a focus on commercialisation, investment and international growth.

Michael has been an advisor to startup’s, corporates and government since 2012, working on a diverse range or projects, industry reports, capital raising campaigns and board engagements.

With extensive AgriFood tech sector experience from roles as the APAC Managing Director at SVG Ventures Thrive, Director for AgriFood tech at BDO, and Expert in Residence at the University of Adelaide’s ThincLab AgTech Incubator.

Michael has been an advocate for Australia’s AgriFood tech eco-system through participation on the EvokeAg Steering committee and co-organiser of the South Australian AgriTech Meetup.

Through this work Michael has developed a deep understanding of commercialisation pathways and a global network to enable entrepreneurs to scale their technologies and companies.
