Peak Harvest is an agricultural technology company that is focused on reducing food waste, with a patented core product branded FreshExtend, that is proven through over 15 years of research, development and field trials to significantly extend the shelf-life of 17 different fruits and vegetables to date, with an increase in shelf-life ranging from 6 days to 6 weeks depending on the crop.
