Their flagship product, Cellufibre is a GRAS registered, "clean label" food ingredient. Cellufibre is made up of a combination of insoluble and accessible soluble fibre. This product has been made from spent agriculture streams such as sugarcane, pineapple, banana, palm, rice, corn and wheat. It functions as a prebiotic dietary fibre, promoting gut health, reducing cholesterol absorption, and improving bowel function.
