National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council Limited (MINTRAC)

MINTRAC (National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council Limited) is a company which represents rural industries on training matters. MINTRAC's role is to improve the skills of workers across numerous rural industries through the provision of recognised and accredited training from entry level through to senior management.

MINTRAC provides consulting services in education, training, research, extension, and adoption to all stakeholders in meat processing, paddock to plate activities, end-to-end meat industry supply chain activities, export trade, producer and livestock handling activities, and national distribution activities across beef, pork, chicken meat, seafood and aquaculture industries.
