Magic Valley
In order to sustainably meet the future protein demands of our expanding population, Magic Valley is developing healthy and delicious cultivated meat products.
We do this by taking a biopsy from a live animal, culturing the cells in FBS-free media, reprogramming them into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) and then characterizing and differentiating the cells into muscle and fat using bioreactors in order to create a real meat product.
We are interested in collaborations with existing meat producers and those with experience in large scale engineering (eg fermentation, brewing etc).
