Harvest B

Harvest B develops and manufactures wholesale plant-based meat systems that are as enjoyable as they are affordable. We are protein and texture experts focused on commercialising fast and at scale with capabilities in manufacturing, culinary and food science.

Based in Sydney, we opened our pilot facility in western Sydney (Penrith) in December 2022 which shares a R&D and production role. We use Australian plant proteins to develop high performance texture plant proteins designed for plant-based meats as well as other food applications.

At Harvest B, it is our mission to accelerate the planet to a sustainable food system. As a B2B business, we collaborate with primary and secondary producers for protein and support our customers which are food brands, food service, food manufacturers and all others who are seeking to bring the best plant-based proteins to their customers.
