GS Engineering is an innovative engineering company located on the Fraser Coast Qld. We provide detailed engineering design, fabrication and installation of custom equipment to the construction, food & minerals processing industries. GS Engineers have recently successfully commissioned a prototype demonstration organic dryer in Darra Queensland. We employ many modern engineering disciplines including AI and machine learning besides our stainless, aluminum and steel fabrication capabilities. Our The MPD (Multi-purpose Dryer) can be used to dry any organic material including liquid collagen, beets, livers or chicken livers, or any organic substance, any, including fruit and vegetable pulps. There is a significant opportunity for GS Engineering to supply MPD plant to make up 10% of the global collagen shortage from the 32m Australian sheep skins per year. Australia is one of the only countries with the biomass to scale culturally friendly Ovine collagen into a major supply source with Ovine collagen is viewed as a premium product in nutraceuticals.
