CarbonRich, operates on three principles: practicality, affordability, and sustainability. The company's mission is to create accessible, sustainably produced soil health care products that enhance farming systems without compromising on price.

Their flagship product, Carbon Boost, is a liquid humus made from composted rice production waste. This innovative product has helped CarbonRich offset 5.5 million tonnes of carbon, equivalent to the emissions of the ACT. Carbon Boost is approved for soil carbon sequestration and is used in projects across Australia. Farmers using Carbon Boost have reported increased yields, improved feed quality, reduced fertiliser costs, and better soil structure and water retention.

In 2024, CarbonRich hired its first full-time employee and hosted two free soil carbon field days in Coolamon and Armidale. They plan to expand these educational initiatives in 2025 to help farmers understand soil carbon and its impact on their production systems.
