Australian Genome Foundry
The Australian Genome Foundry (AGF) is a publicly funded, high-throughput synthetic biology facility based at Macquarie University. Supported by NCRIS via Bioplatforms Australia, the NSW Government, and Macquarie University, it enables large-scale design, building, and testing of engineered microbes.
AGF accelerates research working with academics, startups, and industry R&D, advancing Australia’s bioeconomy through collaboration, automation, and innovation.
