ANDFOODS

ANDFOODS produces high quality, nutritious, and functional dairy alternatives, without compromising on taste and texture. The secret that allows us to do this: our breakthrough novel fermentation process, using legumes as the base ingredient.

Founded from extensive research conducted at the prestigious Riddet Institute in New Zealand, ANDFOODS has been a product of rigorous R&D since 2019. This strong foundation has positioned us uniquely as we enter the ANZ market and work with global manufacturers.

In 2023, we successfully secured $2.7M NZD in pre-seed capital, enabling us to accelerate our development and market entry. Our flagship product is a dairy-free whipping cream. Australian cafes, bakeries, and restaurants will be the first to get their hands on this — benefitting from a new standard of plant-based dairy products.

Our innovative fermentation process ensures superior taste and texture — something the plant-based dairy world has been hungry for. The process also allows for precise control over flavour profiles and other critical properties. This capability is crucial as we collaborate with global manufacturers to conduct product trials, ensuring our solutions integrate seamlessly into existing production systems.

Although we have made strides with our R&D, we are in the early stages of partnering with Australian educational institutions for further product development and to prove just how much benefit our products bring. By working closely with universities, foodservice providers, distributors, and manufacturers, ANDFOODS aims to create impactful and sustainable dairy alternatives that cater to diverse dietary needs. Chefs are even replacing their dairy products for ANDFOODS.
