Essentially, hay balers have not changed since their introduction. Servicing pickups has always been difficult, awkward, time consuming and expensive. Ease of servicing and product strength are 2 of the biggest factors.
The Hexifeed has been designed and built to achieve a product that is stronger, safer, more reliable, has fewer moving parts and is easier to service.
The Hexifeed has eliminated all the challenges set out above. We have engineered a modular barrel which is designed to transfer the fodder from windrow to machine without using an external guard/wrapper/band. The Hexifeed is by far the strongest pickup made to-date. The performance is faster, more reliable and results in a cleaner end product. The serviceability is unmatched. For example, changing a tine on a traditional pickup takes 10-15 minutes, on the Hexifeed Pickup it takes 20-30 seconds. Hexifeed has been used commercially in our business for the last 2 years.
This pickup can be easily adapted to fit any machine that uses a pickup. The market potential is limitless.
