Scope of services
AgriFutures Australia is seeking a tailored program that supports international agrifood technology companies entering the Australian market. Respondents should demonstrate a clear and innovative approach that aligns with the evolving needs of the agrifood ecosystem and integrates with evokeAG. 2027.
Submissions should outline how they will recruit and select suitable international scaleups, leveraging existing AgriFutures networks, RDC partnerships and industry connections to identify companies with strong commercial potential and ecosystem fit.
The proposal should describe how participants will be prepared before arrival through market-entry planning, industry and regulatory briefings, stakeholder mapping, curated introductions and pitch development.
Respondents should also present an on-ground immersion program centred around evokeAG. 2027, designed to create meaningful connections with producers, RDCs, corporates, investors, researchers and government stakeholders. This may include additional regional or host-state activities that showcase Australia’s agrifood innovation ecosystem.
A clear stakeholder engagement plan is required, detailing coordination with AgriFutures, RDC partners, the evokeAG. delivery team, government agencies and relevant service providers.
Submissions should include an evaluation framework that measures commercial, partnership and investment outcomes, assesses participant readiness, and tracks market-entry progress through follow-up reporting and KPI evaluation.
Finally, respondents must propose a sustainable sponsorship or co-investment model that engages RDCs and industry partners, outlines partner value, and reduces reliance on AgriFutures funding while maintaining strong program outcomes.
