Wagyu Beef Eating Quality and MENA Sensory data
This project aims to investigate and determine if there is a ‘Wagyu effect’ on eating quality over and above the current MSA model prediction, utilising purebred and F1 animals. The opportunity to increase the quantity of Wagyu animals MSA graded in Australia has the potential to increase returns through the supply chain and provide overarching industry benefit.
