Summers Scholarships: Can insects spread cotton plant diseases in Australia?
Verticillium wilt is a major disease in Australian cotton production systems. This investment will assess the potential for insects to act as vectors for Verticillium through ingestion of conidia and subsequent excretion of viable conidia in faeces.
