Soil moisture sensor network in the medium/low rainfall environment in the Northern Wimmera

In the last two decades there have been large variations in traditional seasonal conditions, influenced by climate change. This project aims to partner with the Woorak Community and Land Management Group to deliver tailored practical opportunities for members of the group to increase technology uptake.  In this case with a string of unusual seasonal conditions, growers need all the tools at their disposal.  The Group has installed a network of soil moisture probes and weather stations, this project is focused on exploiting these tools and the data they provide.
