Smarter Irrigation 2: Understanding the irrigation professional development needs of young agronomists and the value proposition of building their skills

This project is part of the wider Smarter Irrigation for Profit Phase II (SIP2) project, which is delivered with support from the Australian Government under the Rural R&D for Profit program. SIP2 is addressing the challenge of reduced water availability by improving the water productivity of Australian cropping and pasture irrigators. This project aims to better understand and meet the professional development needs of agronomists in order to build their skills in irrigation technologies.
