SLW App commercialisation and development

Silverleaf whitefly (SLW) numbers can be difficult to monitor, due to their small size and mobility. This pest has increased in prevalence in recent years and successful management is important to maintain the Australian cotton industry's reputation for high lint quality, and maintain healthy populations of beneficial insects and integrated pest management strategies.

This project will develop a phone app that will assist growers and advisers monitor this pest and thereby improve Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in cotton.
