Risk and crisis management planning for the onion industry

This investment is delivering a crisis management plan for the onion industry. As well as identifying risks and mitigation activities, in the event of a crisis, having a clear plan in place ensures the industry is prepared with the information and processes needed to respond effectively, responsibly and in a coordinated, unified way. The management guidelines – and the relevant training this project is delivering – also ensure that stakeholders involved in crisis response for the industry understand the process and are equipped and ready to be involved.
