RIRDC contribution to the AECL Spotty Liver projects

Spotty Liver Disease (SLD) is an emerging disease in extensively housed poultry. It's most commonly seen in free-range layer hens but has also been reported in broiler breeders. This disease is associated with increased mortality, particularly around the time of peak production. This project supports the Australian Egg Corporation's (AECL) research into this disease.
