Prototype development of machine to remove fat from beef striploins leaving a uniform thickness behind - Stage 2
This project is a continuation of AMPC project 2016-1032 on evaluation of beef striploin fat trimming, leaving a uniform layer behind. The aim of this project will be to establish a working prototype based on the concept experimentally tested in a rig currently under development. This project is expected to continue the work to implement a full test machine with integrated sensing that would remove fat from beef striploins as a working prototype that can be tested in a plant within Australia.
