Phenomenom The Good Mood Food Module

This project created new Ph! resources aligned to Hort Innovation's The Good Mood Food initiative. The project was delivered by Edible Adventures. The new resources include 1 x 8 min webisode and 3 x 10 min nomcasts plus a variety of lesson plans and educational resources covering the three areas of Moving, Sharing and Mindfulness/Rest. They will help teachers explain the science of good mood foods and the impact of green space on mood in a fun and engaging way. The new resources add to an existing body of resources (26 webisodes and 8 nomcasts) . Phenomenom aims to improve education around and attitudes toward Australian horticulture using science-based evidence using and the curriculum-aligned resources are available freely from WWW.PHENOMENOM.COM.AU
