MINTRAC Provision of Research and Adoption Services to Red Meat Processors FY20
This project is for the provision of a range of research and adoption services relating to the industry training system for red meat processors. MINTRAC will attend AMPC network meetings and other identified industry forums and committees to research industry training needs and priorities and to canvass industry input into current new training developments. MINTRAC will also provide an on-call service to red meat processors to facilitate access to training services, available funding and systems. The range of AMPC training products produced through previous R&D projects will continue to be maintained and updated to incorporate more recent R&D outcomes and will be distributed to red meat processors on request. Industry research will be conducted to determine current red meat processing training needs and priorities with the purpose of providing this advice to state and federal governments.
