Healthy Ageing with Dairy: Aged Care Sector and Older Adults Scoping

The addition of dairy foods such as milk, cheese and yoghurt into the daily diet of aged-care residents has been proven to reduce fractures and falls. This project aims to translate this research into policy opportunities to drive the uptake of dairy products within Australia's ageing population and deliver benefits back to the dairy industry.
