Farm Business Fundamentals

Farm Business Fundamentals assists farmers to be prepared to understand the key concepts of farm business management and be able to make more informed decisions around farm finance. The program develops the skills needed to help manage the flow of information coming into a farm business and to apply tools to help plan and analyse cash flow and margins. The aim is for farmers to become confident, organised and have acquired skills to manage their farm business. The program is offered through in-person workshops and also online where participants are involved in Zoom group sessions and access online content through Dairy Australia's Enlight learning platform.
