Eggs: protein that’s good for the planet and your body

This project seeks to identify the benefits of egg consumption as a protein source for human nutrition and as an environmentally and economically attractive food source. A literature review, and consumer survey will be analysed to identify the key factors or barriers that motivate consumers' perceptions of eggs as an appropriate nutritional and environmentally friendly protein alternative.
