Digital labour management system adoption program for Tasmanian fruit producers

In this program, producers will be supported to trial and adopt digital software options to help them manage their labour solutions, and integrate these with product management and traceability systems. This project will initially involve group discussions on how they manage labour, the critical features they require in a system, and development of a ranked shortlist of 3 key systems to trial. This will be completed by 31 August 2022.Over the following 6 weeks, a cohort of early-adopters in each region will be supported to install and learn to use one or more of these systems. Sales consultants for the respective systems will provide hands-on support for these adopters to understand their specific need sand help them use them to efficiently undertake these tasks.
