Delivering best practice to manage future workforce skills

This project, also known as the cotton industry SHIFT project, will develop adoptable extension resources, training and myBMP items that support the standards of best practice for cotton’s workforce. It is focusing on the development, coaching, training, and leadership required to ensure a future ready workforce and to embed these best practices within cotton industry businesses. SHIFT refers to a shift in mindset, behaviours, and culture. It is also the five pillars that this project is built around:

  • Social sustainability
  • Human sustainability
  • Innovative workplaces
  • Future focus
  • Transformational leadership
