Dairy Up project 8: NSW farmer coaching and capability

This project focusses on assisting Australian dairy farm owners to engage, induct and retain and where relevant, build their workforce. Specifically it will assist New South Wales dairy farm businesses and their workforce with compliance and management of capability development. It will support and improve the coaching and mentoring capability of dairy farm business owners and assist in dairy farmers and their workforce enhance their careers by more fully engaging in their industry.
