Cotton Landcare Tech Innovations: Creating a legacy for biodiversty management research: The social science perspective
The Cotton Landcare Tech Innovations project builds on international best practice to implement and develop cutting-edge technologies such as drone mapping, aerial seeding, acoustic monitoring and big data to help the Australian cotton industry better understand, report on and improve on-farm biodiversity. It is funded under the National Landcare Program’s Smart Farming Partnerships initiative. This specific project involves social science research to understand the challenges growers face in implementing biodiversity management practices on-farm.
