Connecting soil moisture monitoring and soil moisture predictions with automated irrigation systems
This project aims to connect soil moisture monitoring and soil moisture predictions with
automated irrigation systems from end to end to eliminate human error and improve
labour efficiency. The project is split into three (3) key objectives:
1. Introduce connectivity between soil moisture monitoring and irrigation ordering
systems.
2. Initiate irrigation with known moisture stress triggers.
3. Introduce automated irrigation (start/finish) with full “hands off’ technology.
