Branched-chain amino acids in wheat-based, crude protein-reduced diets

The chicken meat industry recognises the benefits associated with a reduced crude protein diet. This investment seeks to understand the impact of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) on starch and protein dynamics. The investment will target development of optimal BCAA inclusion in reduced crude protein diets.
